Spine Success

Throughout our everyday lives we come across pain that in some way is directed from our spine.  Our spine is the central core of our nervous system and these nerve fibers control the functions within our body.  Our muscles and bones need these nerve fibers to work properly, so that our posture, movement, strength, and balance are working properly as well.  Staying active in our lives is a key importance to maintaining spine success.  Keeping active maintains and increases your body's ability to work properly and efficiently.  You may become physically injured by lack of being active, but in addition, your mental focus in life decreases.  You will become less productive and fall into a downward state of losing energy.  Eventually this may cause major problems with your body that become difficult to overcome.

It is important to ensure that your spine is functioning properly to avoid many problems later in life.  Back To Wellness can get you started on your road to wellness and help you reach all of your health goals.

Seeking care due to an auto accident that we were involved with back in January. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Has a faith and joy atmosphere. Key components for healing."
